Sail on sunset dreams
High on wind whipped ecstasy
Euphoric delight
Sailing deep into the night
Awaiting sunrise

Jennifer your poem brings me back to my days of sailing and being on the water. Day and night are day and night, both magical.

I have only sailed a couple of times. I am more passionate about watching sailboats than actually sailing in them, but I can definitely understand the appeal.

The only way I like to sail is nice and easy. None of that risk your life and afraid boat will tip over for me. My ex and I had a big difference of opinion on that. For me it was leisure not sport.

Ever notice how sometimes clouds form characters and backgrounds for us to enjoy?

Yes. This reminded me to take a look at the clouds this morning. 😊
