A hike through the Belly of the Dragon
Promises an eerie experience
The hiking partner takes it up a notch
Speaking of earthquakes and falling rock
Bright sunshine awaits the other side
Beautiful cliff faces turn ominous
As hiking partner seeks out mountain lions

From a fellow hiker, this sounds like such a fun one! Except maybe for looking for mountain lions though from a photographer’s pov that would be pretty exciting. I looked up this hike after reading your poem and am even more intrigued now. Looks really interesting.
