In His Head

He is lost in thought.
 Do I know this because he doesn’t hear me?
 No, it is because his hands are in motion,
 As he interacts with the imagined person in his head.
  
 What might he be thinking?
 Oh, just look at his hands;
 Calmly contemplative or flailing in agitation;
 Revealing the emotion of his illusory dialog.
